Cardio



BodyCombat™
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Spinning / Cycling
This class is open to any fitness level and is sure to get you sweating and feeling good! There are a combination of climbs, jumps, flats, and sprints. Each ride intensity is in your hands and specific to your own needs.

Zumba®
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Pilates
This classical Pilates class will transform you from the inside out! Our instructor is trained through Power Pilates and will teach you exercises that bring focus to proper alignment and breath to free your movement and make it effortless.

Pop Pilates
Pop Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can.

Skinny & Strong
Combining cardio and light weights, this class is set to amazing music and helps you build strength and improve cardiovascular health

BodyPump
BODYPUMP is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the group effect and the results you've been looking for! BODYPUMP is enjoyed by millions of people around the world!

CXWORX
CX-WORX is 30 minutes in duration and really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

BodyVive
Step into a BODYVIVE class and you'll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.
 
Dancethology
A dance class with a smashing mix of hip-hop and pop! This class is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to tracing students basic hip-hop movements and technique.
 
Kickboxing
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout. Kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!
 
Soul Step
Step aerobics makes a comeback, set to the best R&B and Pop songs! Burn calories, sweat, and have fun!


Yoga


Basic Yoga
Step-by-step instruction through the most popular Yoga poses for those who are interested in learning this fitness form for the first time.

Gentle Yoga
A basic style of yoga suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to stretch and relax.

Hot Yoga
It's a Yoga class held under warmer conditions or in a heated and humid envirorment.

Why? Most people find moving meditation more doable than trying to sit and slow the mind. We perform linked yoga poses and add hot and humid conditions. This promotes sweating and makes the body very warm. Our heated yoga room reaches 85-90 degrees (beginners 75) and about 60% humidity. Many people say they feel exhilarated after a heated class, like they've just had their best work out ever, followed by a massage and a glass of wine. You may feel downright uncomfortable your first few classes. Once you're past that 1 or 2-week hump, and are continuously following the safety tips below, you'll feel like heated yoga is the best thing you've done. So don't give up too easily.

If nothing else has ever given you that "runner's high", hot yoga will!

Moderate Yoga
A yoga combination of gentle and more challenging poses.

Strong Yoga
Strong Yoga, or Power Yoga, is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga. It is also known as gym yoga. The style is modeled closely to the ashtanga method. This class emphasizes on strength and flexibility.


Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga uses long held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body. Accessible to practitioners of any level.Bolsters, pillows and blankets are used to achieve maximum benefit. A perfect compliment to your regular Yoga practice.

Yoga Foundations
Step-by-step instruction in the practice of Yoga. All levels welcome.

Slow Flow
A gentle moving class suitable for all levels.

Gentle Energy
A gentle yoga class with emphasis on using and moving energy.

Silver Chair Yoga
All poses done using a chair. Suitable for those with injuries or physical limitations.

Restorative Yoga
A gentle 50 minute class using props to allow you to relax and rejuvenate.
